Okaaaaaay, so I was kinda bored when I did this one. I haven't done Boondocks art in a GOOD while, and since I love anime so much I figured it would be inevitable that I'd do a 'Japanese Boondocks' pic.
Sorry if it looks crappy. I plan to fix it up and do a colored version of it anyway.
